[FFmpeg-user] Single pid TS-file with HEVC video

I had trouble decoding a TS-file with a single PID in it that contained
HEVC video. The detection routine seemed to fail on it.
The following patch seems to fix it for me, but I'm not sure if that is the
correct solution.
