Hi,

Mint-Mate 16 (ubuntu 13.10)
I compiled/installed manually ffmpeg following the official guide
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/UbuntuCompilationGuide#RevertingChangesMadebyThisGuide
with copy/past.
Everything went right without any error.

Now I want to run ffmpeg -version and I get the answer > ... currently
not installed
I searched for the file, there is no ffmpeg file but I can find in the
path /home/tester/ffmpeg_sources/ffmpeg
ffmpeg.c
ffmpeg.h
in /home/tester/ffmpeg_sources/ffmpeg/doc
ffmpeg.texi
ffmpeg.txt

I can find as well ffprobe and ffplay in /usr/bin/ but no ffmpeg

Maybe this is something similar to this thread
http://ffmpeg.gusari.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=817?

Thanks for your help
