[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg sws_scale convert video problem

Hello everyone!

      I have a problem about the sws_scale .I want to convert a frame of a
video file from 640x360  to 480x270,and i use the sws_getContext  and
sws_scale ,the parameters are all right. But the result picture is like this
:

So What can i do to modify the problem?  Thank you!
