My goal is to downsize the stream as the streams will be pushed over a
wireless network. The original stream is between 2.5-5mbps, my target is
1-1.8mbps. I am not so familiar with XBMC, I will check with the options.

Thank you for pointing to crf flag, I will remove it from the config and
leave just the bitrate.

Another question, maybe connected to "interlacing". All transcoded
streams have a dashed line on the top (first line). Do you have an idea
why those lines appears after transcoding?
