Well I can definitely tell you one thing. The second audio track (spa) is
definitely silent even on the TV as I hear nothing when switching to it.

The other channels ffmpeg works great with, do not actually have spanish
audio in this "spa" tracks, but at least are not silent and have English in
them.

Not sure if this info can help you in anyway, but only other thing I can
think of off-hand.
