For the software, it was only recorded with MediaPortal in ClearQAM,
nothing changing since then.
My same setup has recorded other similar channels (about 4 others tested)
with no problems at all and ffmpeg has converted them with zero issues.
I'm thinking possibly part of the issue is, all of these channels are still
somewhat new to my area, so maybe the cableco has still not gotten 100% all
the bugs out or something.
When we first got some digital channels, they would play freezing and some
even had the wrong audio track from another channel (ns how that happens).
Though the weird part is the channel in question I can't find a single
problem playing on the TV itself.
