What did you download from where?
Please understand that this is not the Zeranoe 
support forum (and that FFmpeg != Zeranoe).

It may help you to understand things if I add that 
(despite what wikipedia strongly believes) FFmpeg 
only provides source code, no executables (neither 
for Windows nor for any other operating system).

It is normally not necessary to "install" FFmpeg, 
ffmpeg.exe is just a standalone executable that 
you can run after downloading, no installation 
necessary.
