[FFmpeg-user] Incorrect value in RIFF WAV byterate field in ffmpeg 0.10.x

Without the change in libavcodec/pcm.c there is a problem where the wrong bytes/second rate is written to RIFF WAV files. We try to convert 16bit 16kHz WAVs to a-law WAVs and ffmpeg writes a 128kbit/s rate instead of 64kbit/s in the WAV header.
