notice), because I'll try and keep the usual order as much as now

There is nothing off topic in my post. I got developers even doing 
something about this back in April, if anyone cares (as my previous 
gratuitous detractor here, and as my detractors on the Debian Forums, 
not so much on Gentoo forums back in April, have not cared to) to look 
up the thread from April of this same topic, of the same "Libav (Avconv) 
Imposition on Users who want FFmpeg" title as now.
