[FFmpeg-user] Multicast UDP Port Issues

I have narrowed the issue down, but I am still not sure why it is happening.

When I use two instances of ffmpeg, since I am pulling the streams from the
same mpts UDP port, whenever I start the second instance of ffmpeg, the
first one just stops.  

Which ever one I start last gets control and the other stream pauses...

Can anyone shed some light on this for me, please?  I'm really stuck
here....
