[FFmpeg-user] Bitstream filter to change DAR of a MPEG2 strem ?

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a solution (if exists) to change the display Aspect Ratio of a MPEG 2 Stream without re-encoding.
I've got à MPEG2 UDP Stream, and his DAR is 4/3 but the real DAR will be 16/9.
Is there a solution to do that ? I had a look on bitstream filters but i didn't found anything about that.
