I tried this, and the only thing it seemed to do was set the start ts to 0 as expected, but the resulting duration was still longer.

Also can you take a look at the file that is used for the concat demux, and let me know if I'm doing something wrong there as well in specifying the duration.  It is at the bottom of the original post.
