[FFmpeg-user] Syntax request for -vf to copy /pass through video stream

Docs say -vf copy should work + it does not.

Input video is 938 kb/s + output video is 836 kb/s and looking at
output libx264 is performing a transcode rather than the filter
simply copying the video stream.
