[FFmpeg-user] compiles error, common.mak:140: *** missing separator. Stop.

ffmpeg compiles in windows 8.1

 it configure ok!
 but when i am makes.....
  
 common.mak:140: *** missing separator.  Stop.
  
 i add a [tab] in 140 line，it makes other error message
  
 common.mak:140: *** commands commence before first target. Stop. 
  
 how to fix it?
