[FFmpeg-user] Blurry artefacts during playback

I tested the following with todays git head:
ffplay hbc9.avi shows no artefacts here.
ffmpeg -i hbc9.avi -an crc - shows identical 
output as FFmpeg 2.0.

How can I reproduce the problem?
