[FFmpeg-user] Different conversion results on similar conversion runs.

I thought that setting the "c:v h264" will bring in the ffmpeg native h264
encoder, but seems that it does not.
How do I run native h264?
I use libx264 core 129, it is in the uncut ffmpeg printout...

In all "auto-multi-threaded" runs, ffmpeg used all 48 cores, therefore,
IMHO, the renditions should have been consistent.
But they are not.
