[FFmpeg-user] Confusion about fieldmatch, decimate and framerate (now with yadif)

Could you do
ffmpeg -t 2 -ss 271.2 ...
?

My first impression is that the material was so badly cut 
that fieldmatch incorrectly assumes some progressive 
frames as being interlaced but I may miss something.
