[FFmpeg-user] Need help compiling ffmpeg on cygwin

Hi,

I am trying to compile ffmpeg latest build on a windows machine.
the error message i get during configuration is:

./configure --enable-gpl --enable-libx264 --enable-libmp3lame
--enable-nonfree --enable-libaacplus
ERROR: libaacplus >= 2.0.0 not found

i have compiled libaacplus 2.0.2 succesfully

what am i doing wrong?
