[FFmpeg-user] assigning keyframes in iOS

Hello,

Forgive my ignorance if I don't ask this correctly.  We need to insert a
keyframe at a specific point in time, and then define another keyframe
precisely 2 seconds later.

Is there API documentation, examples, or other information that you can
send me on how to do this?

It would really help us out.
