Do you mean "How do I make ffmpeg convert faster?"

You can start by posting the full, uncut output that ffmpeg prints when
you run this command.  That will tell us a great deal more about what
ffmpeg is doing.

You can also try the ultrafast preset.  Why are you forcing 8 threads?
