[FFmpeg-user] generating a video from slides, sound and transition times

Hi there,

I would like to generate a video from a presentation in PDF, recorded
sound in a WAV file and a transition time list in a text file with a
pure list in milliseconds, such as:

1813
2381
5776
9273
...

I want the generated video with a variable frame rate (I think a fixed
frame rate makes no sense in this case).

How can I do this with output video in Matroska, VP8/9 and Opus?
