[FFmpeg-user] rtmpdump

I am trying to compile FFMPEG with RTMP support for Serviio. Apparently it
needs that piece for various feeds and such.

Sajjad makes a great point, that is precisely what I was trying to get at
(I apologize for the misrepresentation).
