[FFmpeg-user] overlay filter uses unmapped cover image

This seems to do the trick:

ffmpeg -i test.m4v -i logo.png -filter_complex '[0:v]scale=640:480[tmp]; [tmp][1:v]overlay=main_w-overlay_w-10:main_h-overlay_h-10' test.mp4
