[FFmpeg-user] Translate dts to hh:mm:ss?

If I encode a possibly corrupted (ntsc) mpg file, I sometimes see things
like this in the log:

Is there any way to translate those pts/dts timestamps into
a number of seconds so I can look at that time in the resulting
file to see if there is a problem there?
