[FFmpeg-user] Cygwin build: ffserver not built?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to build on Windows under Cygwin, and I'm finding that ffmpeg
and ffprobe are working fine, but ffserver isn't being built. (Also ffplay
isn't built, but I don't care so much about that.) Below is how I've
configured the build - can anyone see anything I've done wrong? I can't
seem to find anything in the configure script that would cause it not to
build ffserver.
