[FFmpeg-user] Shell_exec suddenly stop working in Php code

Hello,
shell_exec() command to create thumbnail of video was working well before
with my php code.

However , it suddenly stop working and nothing works related to ffmpeg.

I have checked for installation , and all are same as before.

Also ,when same command i run from command prompt , its working fine , but
its not giving any output when used with php code.

Anyone have idea , what can be issue?
