With regard to the question, "How many FTA channels can be transcoded?", a
previous responder said it depended on the hardware.
This is true, but it also depends on the source material, eg, SD or HD, and
what you would like to do while transcoding.
Your best approach is to start compress some video that is similar to your
source material and see what the performance is.
