[FFmpeg-user] how to detect Key frame when input_format is h264

Hi all,

does anyone have idea about:
how to detect Key frame when ffmpeg get video data from usb web cam?

because it seems ffmpeg does not set AV_PKT_FLAG_KEY into pkt->flags
then stream copy will get nothing output.
