[FFmpeg-user] Trying to get a large (1280x960) webm stream running at 24 FPS via ffserver

I'm having some issues with a large webm stream and think it might be
something related to bitrate or similar and would like some help determining
the correct settings for a 24 FPS 1280x960 live stream using the libvpx
codec in ffserver (I already have several 320x240 live webm streams working
well).  I made a detailed post about this on superuser that is a bit better
formatted than I could put into a mailing list so please don't be upset over
posting a link to it.  Any help would be appreciated.
