Take the lines from 'diff --git ...' to '--track-origins=yes ...' and
put it in a new file named 'iconv.diff'.

Place this file in the ffmpeg directory.

Type "patch -p1 <iconv.diff" in a console

Run "make distclean && ./configure && make"
