[FFmpeg-user] Video bit rate missing from FFProbe output

 orry for top-posting in the last response ... but I didn't fully get what
you said about the patch (to get max bit-rate if no bit-rate is defined) in
your last response.

- Can you pls let me know where can I get that patch from ?
- Has this behavior changed intentionally in latest FFProbe (as it used to
show the bit-rate in old versions) ?
- Is this fix going to be a part of major release in near future ?
