[FFmpeg-user] ntsc-dvd doesn't default to interlaced.

The following works fine here:
ffmpeg -i ~/Downloads/h264-1080i.ts -an -sn
-vf scale=720:576:interl=1,setfield=tff
-flags +ildct+ilme -target pal-dvd -aspect 16:9
-b:v 8000k tff.mpg
I don't know why adding fieldorder=tff breaks encoding
so horribly...
