[FFmpeg-user] ntsc-dvd doesn't default to interlaced.

It's short for "I care so little that I couldn't care any less".

Imagine you were expecting someone to say "I couldn't agree more" but it came 
out as "I could agree more", wouldn't that grate on you?

No one cares about incorrect apostrophes or misplaced their/they're/there any 
more, but that one is particularly annoying because it pretty much says the 
opposite of what you're actually trying to say.
