[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg --disable-w32threads doesn't enable pthread

Hello,
I want to compile ffmpeg with pthread but when I add --disable-w32threads, my compilator doesn't add pthread.
Why?
I use Visual Studio 2010 (--toolchain = msvc) with msys.bat.
Can you help me, please?
