[FFmpeg-user] ffplay can NOT play 48000 sample rate flv stream

How can you modify the input sample rate? (AFAIK ffmpeg won't allow
it, since 48000 is not considered valid in FLV).

See previous answer, consider also adding -strict unofficial to the
audio codec options.
