[FFmpeg-user] how to handle missing pts values to keep audio sync (mpegts->mp4)

Is the problem also reproducible with ffmpeg 
(the application)?
If yes, please add your command line and the 
complete, uncut console output.
If not, libav-user may be the better place to 
ask.
