Please stop with -fix_sub_duration; -fix_sub_duration is for cases where the
duration is not known. That happens for DVB and PGS subtitles inside MPEG
containers. On the other hand, DVD subtitles have their duration embedded
and Matroska format always has duration for subtitles packets, so
-fix_sub_duration is doubly wrong in this case. It would still be unneeded
reading from VOBSUB directly.
