[FFmpeg-user] Problem in creating Mpeg2 Video.

Hi all,

I was trying to change the parameter of an existed mpeg 2 video using *ffmpeg
tool* by giving following parameters:
Width x Height = 176x144 and Bit-rate= 2000kbps but when i recreated the
existed mpeg2 video with these parameters i was not getting my expected
result.

Actual Properties of Video: Frame Size: 720x576 and *Bit-rate: 2000kbps*

Properties of output video:  Frame Size: 176x144(expected) and *Bit-rate:
10mbps*(Much more than expected)

Please reply ASAP.
