[FFmpeg-user] Making streams "non-default"

It appears to me that there is an issue, probably 
related to ticket #1815.
Do you know of a non-FFmpeg application that 
tells about "default" (and "forced") mkv streams?
I did not find relevant information in mkvinfo 
output...
