[FFmpeg-user] File does not play correctly in ffplay

Hello,

You can download file from here:

The file does not play correctly (video seems scrambled, audio is ok) and
ffplay does not show any errors.

Command line used:
ffplay "CAS_sigla CASSANO.avi"
