already have them at 1.0 mb using x264 but the guy wants a MPEG2 version as well (legacy hardware) :-) Hence looking at ffmpeg and ffmpeg/x262


He already streams from an old encoder at 3.0 mb so i was hoping to get down to 2.0 mb if possible,
