[FFmpeg-user] mp4 seeking in flash

Hello.

In addition to qt-faststart you are expected to use web-server witch
supports mp4 pseudo streaming.
ex.: nginx (http://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_mp4_module.html) or
similar.
