[FFmpeg-user] What does omit mean in Note: Ubuntu Server users should omit --enable-x11grab.

I love the fact that there are Wiki's out there of FFmpeg.
But why use so fancy English. A Wiki, in my opinion should make thinks
easier to understand not raise extra question(s).
So why not use:
- Ubuntu Server users should 'insert' --enable-x11grab.in the following
command or
- Ubuntu Server users should 'leave out' --enable-x11grab of the following
command
of the following command
