[FFmpeg-user] Subtitles streams not found as they are starting later

In a movie I try to convert to mp4, the subtitles streams start after around 20 seconds and are not found at ffmpeg launch , giving the error
Stream map '0:4' matches no streams.

Is there a solution to get subtitles ?
