[FFmpeg-user] configure fails for cross compiling for armv7 on win 7 32 bit

If your toolchain fails to compile this program, 
I don't think there is anything FFmpeg developers 
can do.
Or does compiling this program succeeds for you, and 
it is the configure script that adds an option that 
makes it fail?
