Carl,

Thanks - I can do that, except that the DLLs I build seem to be lacking 
debug information. I've added "--disable-stripping", but they are still 
the same size and gdb doesn't show a useable backtrace. Can you please 
advise what I need to add to the configure to keep the symbols in the 
DLLs? Thank you!
