afaik, no.
But you can use WriteAvidMXF, from the Ingex project.
I haven't found a way to pipe, but it's fast, since it's just a re-wrap.
No way to put in metadata for AMA relink, but you can set custom metadata, 
and the standard Reel / Date 'n stuff.
