[FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG on Mac Mountain Lion 10.8.2

I'm trying to screen video capture with ffmpeg

ffmpeg -f x11grab -s cif -i :0.0 /tmp/out.mpg

I used QuickTime screen recording but videos are not as clear as i want,
