[FFmpeg-user] syncing live streams when mosaicing

Ok, so I just ran a few filters with setpts 
(https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/wiki/How%20to%20speed%20up%20/%20slow%20down%20a%20video), 
and ffmpeg did not complain, so I guess that proves there is a valid 
PTS?
