I suggest you try the new concat demuxer (that is different 
from the concat protocol you have tested), find the 
documentation here:
https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-formats.html#concat

Please do never post a part of the console output, always 
post the complete, unedited console output (at least the 
first 50 and the last 50 lines).
